I just found it. When you're logged in there's a menu option "account" and there it is

So as for the voting, I found that you need to be logged in (like normal) then click on "Account" and then "Vote". Now the points you get vary day to day. Some days I get 1, and some days I get up to 4 (never 5). I dont know if the new website will be able to fix the issue or if it is on the voting side.

I've had a similar experience, with some days I get up to 16 points, my friends daily get 16 points, no clue how and at the moment I'm just getting 1 per day for voting on all the sites
