Female Blood Elf No Facial Features?

I just started playing yesterday, but I noticed for my blood elf, there is something wrong with the facial features.
Both in character creation and in the game, I can't see the nose and mouth.

The whole face is like one color and if I zoom in, I can see the shape of the nose and mouth somewhat, but there are no outlines and the face is just smooth with no nose and mouth

Is this normal?

I did download a different client instead of the wow mania client, mine has enUS folder instead of enGB, and I noticed some of the patch files say engb on it, do those files not work if they are in the enUS folder?

Is there a way to fix this without having to download the client?

I used the base 3.3.5a client and added the recent patch to it, everything in the game works fine, but why would the female blood elf face look like this?
Is it because I have a enUS folder instead of enGB folder? Do I need to change any filenames on the patch files?
