The newest launcher update today can be downloaded from the Mania download page https://www.wow-mania.com/downloads?lang=en
New Launcher (current players only) v4 and update to v5 from that launcher.

If that may help.

The launcher would not update for me as it wouldn't detect a valid installation of wow-mania.
So I downloaded all patchs and applied it, then the launcher could see a valid installation and it worked afterward

That is because you had the client open before you started Launcher.
The Launcher was just telling you to close it and then restart the Launcher.

Send a message there if you are still having problems.

No matter what I do I cannot get the launcher to show online, ive redownloaded the game to the newest version, downloaded the new launcher and ran as admin, changed my password both ways, manually patched the game. Nothing I do puts the launcher online. Cant get into discord because I need to be verified first so I cant get support through there.

Recommended folder
Put the client somewhere simple, for example:
C:\WoW-Mania
or
C:\Games\WoW-Mania

Avoid:
Downloads, Desktop, OneDrive, Program Files, Program Files (x86)

Launcher and game must be together
Your game folder must contain:
Launcher.exe
WoW-Mania.exe

Always start the game with Launcher.exe.
Do not start WoW-Mania.exe directly.

I'm running Win11 pro with all current updates, on a dell Inspiron 16 laptop.

I've scoured all resources I can find on the new launcher, these are what I've found:
Placed in root drive
Run as administrator
Run in compatibility mode
Removed quotes from realm name in config
Downloaded and reinstalled entire game (twice)
Downloaded and installed new launcher multiple times

Result: Server offline message.

I haven't tried discord, I dont use it, and shouldn't have to. Does anyone know of something else I can try to get it to work?
