Where is my money?

Greetings:

Earlier today I sent 100 gold coins from my character Ashrak to Certi but they aren't in her mail box. What is the issue? Both character are in the same account so the different accounts delay doesn't apply in this case.

Is the character you sending gold too lvl 10 at least? As your char needs to be at least lvl 10 to receive mail.

Both of them are above lvl 10.
