Everything that you can find on our Armory page is in one way or another available ingame, through Transmogrification or drops.

Well that means you are not using the custom launcher, or it might be corrupt.

Easiest way to fix it is either
a) Download the custom launcher
b) delete patch enGB-A-D and start the launcher as an administrator

Just rightclick the item

In short, you are missing a file in your client.
