I downloaded the program again, however my computer changed the wow-mania.exe to a different symbol and it would not open. What program or app am I suppose to open the program with?

Good day. I was playing awhile ago and turned my computer off. After turning it back again, the launcher was deleted. It often happens that's why I keep downloading the 2.8 and its launcher. But this time after downloading all the files, I cant open the launcher. I also tried following the steps ( c...
