Account Banned or Suspended

Postby Kalasbyxan » Tue Sep 20, 2016 3:52 pm

If you see this message when trying to connect most likely you did something you should not have done.

Do not post complaints or justifications here on the forum. This should be dealt in private as it is a problem between the server and you alone and is not of any use to others. Failing to comply to this will only aggravate the situation and weaken your chances.

Here are some of the reasons that may have caused this (this is not by any means a comprehensive list):

    - Hacking
    - Exploits
    - Boting
    - Bad behaviour (inappropriate language, descrimination, harassment, etc.)
    - Advertising or poaching
    - Trading for money
    - Win-trading

If you are unsure about the rules please check: Rules

If by any chance you feel like appealing please send an email to:

Once again DO NOT open tickets from another account or ask friends to do so, DO NOT post messages in the forum.

NOTE: Sometimes your account can appear suspended by overpinging the server. It could be an action or an AddOn that sends too much information in too short of a time frame and kick you out of the game. For example, this once happened for a healer who was healing too much on Valithria Dreamwalker in Icecrown Citadel (lol, I know). If you know for sure you have not been involved in anything remotely close to anything listead above, this could be the reason. It is an inconvenience, but is simply solved by waiting. It can take a few minutes or an hour, but eventually the server will "unban" you account automatically.
