Launcher not working on Linux

Postby YaBoyLeeroy » Sat Nov 11, 2017 4:56 pm

So I managed to get WoW working on Linux, but I can't get the launcher to work. This has caused some problems as far as flying in Azeroth in game, so I was wondering what Windows libraries were used to create the launcher?

Basically just wondering, what was used to make the launcher and what libraries were used in building it? Also if anyone else is playing on linux, what libraries did you select to get the launcher working?

Any responses would be helpful. Thanks all :)

While the Launcher does not work (it's something .net/Mono related, although you can find old UbuntuForums posts about this back when WoTLK was live on retail.), you will be able to connect through WoW.exe. This is not supported by WM, but this is how I play from Linux.
