account has been closed for no reason, ikept logging in waiting for the server to open but now it says the account is closed and i am using the account everyday please support team do something about this, and thanks.

Please close your client fully, and make sure you are using the correct password, you have several failed logins
Note: The system will auto lock if wrong info is entered more than 3 times

same happened to me, had the capslock on (!) Now i cant log in anymore.
I wrote an emal to the support as well. Do i have to wait a certain amount of time ? Or do you have to unlock it first ?

You should check your email. Usually, if your account is disabled or closed, you will receive an email notification from the admin with a specific reason (terms violation, payment issue, etc.).

When players type the wrong password / caps lock the system will autolock the account as a security messure, the stem will auto unlock the account again in 5-10 mins. so retry each time after 10 mins
