Ok so to access Northrend in Mania you need to be 70
Not sure what u need to fly. I have a bird and have paid the outragous (5000) fee to upgrade my flying at Northrend but i still cannot fly.
Is there still cold weather training i need somewhere?

By the looks of it u need to be 76 to actually fly in Northrend.

You need to be level 77, buy Cold Weather Flying for 1000g. When you reach 80 you can buy tomes for your alts to fly at level 68.
