How to get to the mall

Im a lvl 5 nightelf and purchaced something in the store. The item in my bagg says deliver to the mall but cant find it. Any help would be appreciated.

At level 10 you will recieve the Mall Teleporter Stone, use it and you will be teleported to thee mall.
