New Computer

I am finally back able to play after a stroke. I bought a new laptop and downloaded everything on it. Extracted the add ons, but when I log into the game none of the game npc show up, no yellow, red or green dots anywhere. Did I set something up wrong? Unfortunetly I have a lot of memory issues so can't remember what I had before as adds.

It also won't let me sell in the auction, keep getting the message timed out before removing item from bag.
