Login problems

Hi,
I've tried to raise this issue through the forms, email, adding to other forum posts (i can't through discord because i didn't set it up when my account worked and since i can't log in...) but no one has responded.
Please, i can't log in, my username and password are correct, as you can see since i'm posting with it in the forum, i've tried resetting my password, deleting the whole install and reinstalling everything, but the same thing, just will not let me log onto the wow server. i thought about deleting the account completely and starting again, it's been so long since it let me on i can't even remember what characters i have. but what will most likely happen is i'll delete the account and the email will be held, so i can't use my same email to create a new account...
Account name Papuchini, please can some mod have look into why it's not letting me, if you have to reset the whole thing and i start from scratch that's fine, i just want to be able to log in and play.

I have checked and it shows you are not using the newest launcher.

- Delete the old launcher from inside your wow-mania folder.
- Go to the downloads page again and download the new launcher.
- Take both files out of the launcher rar, and put them in the mania folder.
- Run the new launcher, and make sure all login information and realm is selected

I have downloaded again the very latest client, and the same error persists, on my account page it says the password is incorrect, which obviously it can't be if i've already reset it and i'm using it here on the forum.

Can you at least delete my account and free up the email address so i can create a new account with my email?

Hope you get it sorted. Sounds like something is wrong with the account itself rather than the launcher.
