Hi everyone.I'm new to this game,dont really know lot of things but i ususally use google.But...everytime i search for an item,rare,epic,legendary it gives me some low stats/item.Example i checked on wowhead that item set for manic points,called Relentless Gladiator's Vindication set for paladin.And it shows it shows me for example chest 67 armor +14 strenght....Those stats are per level?or thats all?Thanks.
