I didn't do too much of Dragonblight, but was traveling several times with Jotun path and didn't meet him.
He should be easy to spot as he is 10x taller than normal NPC.
Did I really miss him or he is missing and I should report that ?

I didn't wait ... just remember he should walk there and I was traveling to the Temple using his highway

He limps and every few steps returning a bit ... than again and again

I have never met Jotun either. I don't know if it's because I'm not patient enough to wait. I was there for about 5 minutes.
