Can you at least delete my account and free up the email address so i can create a new account with my email?

I have downloaded again the very latest client, and the same error persists, on my account page it says the password is incorrect, which obviously it can't be if i've already reset it and i'm using it here on the forum.

I've tried to raise this issue through the forms, email, adding to other forum posts (i can't through discord because i didn't set it up when my account worked and since i can't log in...) but no one has responded.
Please, i can't log in, my username and password are correct, as you can see ...

I have the same issue, i can log onto the website fine, i've reinstalled my OS, tried on different computers, reset my password, but the same error. I don't really know what to do at this point, if i can login to the website clearly i have the right username and password so.... This has persisted ...
