New launcher not working for me? It says ... Close WoW-Mania before checking or updating game files. The play button is greyed out?

Wed 19th Aug. Server crashed, after a long wait wife was able to get back on to game.....I am stilling getting Servers Offline ????? Have no idea why wife can get logged in and I cant?

A bank in The Dwarf District if possible would be nice. Make crafting at the forge less of a nightmare.
