I have 2 questions regarding new flying mounts we can buy for mps in the mall:
1. Can they all fly in Azeroth?
2. Are they all 310%?

I'm talking about new mounts added some time ago. Thanks

Most of the latest mounts added will not fly in Azeroth.
We have a list of the mounts that flying in Azeroth here in the forum. Just search for it.
They are around 20 or so only.

Searched & couldn't find the list. Could you give specific search words that will find the alluded to post? Or a link to the post itself? Thanks

While this is a post by "Janitor" regarding mounts that can fly in Azeroth, it's at least a year old... as such it's probably incomplete "until updated".
I can easily say at the very least "Vial of Sands" can be added to that list
