Returning player here. Continuing to get the "Authentication Failed" message. I have changed and reset the password. Still no sign of life

Hello,
I have a problem logging into my account. I keep getting the error message “Authentication failed”.
My account seems to be closed/locked, and I was told an email was sent to me, but I have not received it yet.
Could you please send the email again or help me recover my account?

I have the same issue, i can log onto the website fine, i've reinstalled my OS, tried on different computers, reset my password, but the same error. I don't really know what to do at this point, if i can login to the website clearly i have the right username and password so.... This has persisted for ages for me
