Pvp tokens

Hi there i m pretty new here and i was wandering if you can get pvp tokens with maniac tokens. Thanks in advance for any info or answer you can provide!

PVP Tokens only can be earned doing PVP: Wintergrasp, Random Battlegrounds and Arenas.
