WoW-Mania

Just installed the game client and trying to run launcher for the first time. I get the following windows error:
Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file.
You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.

I have verified & tried the following things:
wow directory c:\WoW-Mania-2.9.3
attempted run as admin
read/write access to all files
Launcher & Wow apps added to firewall's allow list

Anyone seen this before?

Put game folder in root folder - Program files (x86)
