Failed to open archive interface.mpq is the response I keep getting after installing fresh and downloading new client. Ive been away for about 2 years so I am trying to get back into it.

This looks like it corrupted when you downloaded the client.
You could try to start the launcher to see if it will download the missing file, it should be located in WoW-Mania>Data>interface.mpq

If not, you could contact me on Discord and I could send you the missing patch file unless you want to download, or already have redownloaded the entire client.
