Mount of other classes

How can I get mounts from other classes? I am a blood elf and when I try to buy a wolf in Ogrimmar, the seller says I need to "be exalted" by the Orcs. How do I do that? what is "to be exalted"?

Open your character screen in game, along the bottom, open the reputation tab.
Exalted is the highest status you can achieve with a faction. Your allied factions start at Friendly. It requires 6,000 reputation to become Honoured, a further 12,000 to become Revered and another 21,000 to reach Exalted. As a general rule, you gain reputation by completing quests for that faction and wearing their tabard in dungeons.
