I just want to report a simple bug. Why do i need to register to Github to do it? Why can't i report it here?

I just created my first Goblin character and it was going well, except that i noticed that i'm getting 15 in Engineering and 14 in Alchemy instead of 15 in both. The trait says 15, but the skill added only 14.

First at all open a ticket ingame to a GM to be checked, if really bugged you do need open a github over it.
Bugs and report need to be registered on our Github to keep track of what is reported and fixed.
