It's hard to compare other servers to Wow-Mania. Other servers are most likely PVP while Wow-Mania is PVE - this makes big difference.
I see that Horde recently has big problems with finding groups.
That could be resolved with cross-faction raids, bud on another hand I understand that it may be weird to see Orc in Alliance Raid Group. But is that big problem to display that player for Alliance Raid Members as appropriate alliance race/class?
Orc Shaman could be showed to others as Draenei Shaman?
This is of course if someone is racist and bother how raid mate looks like
