Wintergrasp Camping Deterrent

I would like to suggest putting a faction specific raid boss type enemy in the main quest hub area of wintergrasp that spawns after a victory for the victorious faction, and despawns when a match begins. This would discourage the aggravating and unnecessary camping that's been taking place in the wintergrasp quest hub area. The boss type enemy should have a massive aggro radius and range on its attacks (to prevent people from flying up and camping from tops of buildings). In the same vein, I would suggest putting all of the quest npcs in the same central area as the boss, so that they wont get killed by vindictive players. The fortress should be a safe zone between matches, not an area where overgeared people come to grief the opposite faction.
