Can be found on the WoW Mania website. Go to Shop and look under item. Nice collection of staffs, swords, shields, and so on.

A simple way to look at it is that its just classic WoW with its two expansions, TBC and WotLK. You still start at the beginning, but will have more game playing content as you level up.

Using the Launcher exe should download and install the new patch.

You can use the WoW Mania client with addons. Just pick your addon and unzip it. (Peazip is good for that and its free. google it.) Then just paste the unzip files into your Addon folder, which is in the Interface folder, in your game client.
