character info game freeze

i dont know if this have to to with deleting the cache but whenever i want to see my items and press Character Info the game freeze and i had to restart it every time. i notice that only when i look for items. this persist on all chars. if someone had the prob before , i can use an advice

Make sure you have our client update to our latest patch and always use the Launcher to start the game.
I am willing to bet the problem is there.
We do not support other clients.

got it right . was the GS addon. i dl the gs lite and everything works fine ! ty for response
