Update Launcher to latest patch

Hi I dont know how to update the launcher to the latest patch I'm still in patch 2.3.1 and not in 2.3.8

The latest game patch is at version 2.3.4 on both the Download page and on the Various Files link to https://www.mediafire.com: not 2.3.8. It would be very helpful for anyone who manually updates the client, for whatever reason, to be able to download the current version of a game patch. Could someone please update those downloads to the current version of 2.3.8 and do the same when new ones are available?

I would also like to be able to directly download the current version of the launcher. I've had no luck with the launcher version available on the website and am stuck at 2.3.4
