Ingame Tickets

Postby Metaxa » Fri Oct 13, 2017 9:42 am

Hello Maniacs,

We want you to have a great game experience and getting stuck on a quest, raid or something else isn't helping. We understand that and that's why the GM's are online to help you out.
Basically we want to assist on real issues, that can't be solved by yourself.
The last months the ticket waiting time is not long, unless there's no GM online. In that case you need to wait for one to come online.

Although, many tickets are easily solvable by yourself, I will give some examples.

First of all, use our client and start the game with the launcher.exe as admin, this will solve a lot. Further information is found here: viewtopic.php?f=16&t=47
You will see that other players aren't hacking while flying in the air, they do have a mount you can see now. It also solves issues with WoW Mania related items as Maniac Points and Vote Tokens.

Talking about Vote Tokens; If you didn't get your Vote Tokens, there's no need to make a ticket. If 99% of the population got their Tokens and you didn't, the problem is most likely on your side.
For more information about Voting, check this: viewtopic.php?f=16&t=47

Tickets involving ingame questions are also easy solvable by yourself. For questions like "Where can I learn to use swords" you don't have to contact a GM. There's a website where you can find this kind of information. It's here:

Getting stuck while questing can have several reasons, I'll try to explain some of them.
1. You can't see the npc you need. You might be in the wrong phase. This is caused by a previous unfinished quest(line). Finishing that one first or deleting it will solve your problem.
2. The quest item is not dropping. Re-read the quest and Google to see if you have the right mob to drop the item.
3. You cannot hand in several "collecting" quests. Remove all but one quest and deliver them one by one.

Ofcourse the server is not bugfree, although we are trying our best to be. If something is really bugged, keep in mind that GM's cannot fix things. Please post it on (If it's not already there).
Our dedicated test team will test your issue and mark it if it's bugged. The developers will fix it and it will be working after the next weekly update or even sooner. ( IF it's fixable )

If you are stuck in a raid/instance DO make a ticket, we try to prio those tickets so you can go on with your raid.

Enjoy the game,

Just as an add-on to this very useful post I would like to add that you can auto-complete quests that are confirmed bugged in GitHub in-game by yourself without the need to raise a ticket.

Just type for example:

".bq 1234"

Where the number you see is the quest id found on GitHub or in the Armory entry for the quest itself.
Note that this will work only if you have the quest and if the quest is on GitHub.

As the tickets which can be solved by yourself increase, this post is moved to the top.

Enjoy the game,
