Character creation TBC

Hi
I was trying to create a new character and I realize that I can neither create a draenei nor a blood elf because it requires The Burning Crusade expansion. There's no TBC content available or need I to reach some requirement to access it?

You must have joined Naxxramas, which is a progressive realm and is currently in Vanilla stage (Pre-TBC). If you'd like to play WotLK, where all the races and locations are available, you need to switch to Redemption realm.
