Whoa! I just watched a "Personal Mole Machine" drill up through the floor into the bank at the Trade Center in Stormwind ! It appeared almost directly in front of the middle teller (just a bit to the left as I faced the teller).
Is it available as an item in the WoW-Mania Shop?
Is it a thing one can make with Engineering?
The Armory page describes the Personal Mole Machine as something that only takes people to the Grim Guzzler, but that is not inside the bank.

How can I get a Personal Mole Machine that can appear inside the bank? (or elsewhere?)

Perhaps this was just a failed bank robbery, and they missed coming up inside the vault due to bad navigation. At any rate, it was a fun surprise watching the mole machine drill up through the floor! The last time I saw one was in Draenor, you know where.

I can see that you got some humor

To answer your question, you can spawn it with the item Direbrew's Remote (37863) which can be obtained during the Brewfest event. So, unfortunately, you missed it by a couple of months
