Where is my mount?

CHARACTER: Lwyzeepher, Lvl 80 Blood Elf Death Knight
I just bought my Crimson Pandaren Phoenix mount from Terence Maniac and I don't have it!!! I activated it just like any other mount or pet but it isn't in my mount inventory!!! What can I do? I was expecting to reach lvl 80 to be able to fly over the whole world, Azeroth and Outland.
