Vote Tokens

Hi, I'm new to this server and very much enjoying my journey so far. I already have some Vote Tokens thanks to the voting system. Maybe a noob question, but could you tell me where I can trade Vote Tokens for items and mounts?

In the mall there is a vote token vendor. As you go in, veer left and to the back wall.
