Northrend enterence

Hi,
First off, I searched the forums for any information and couldn't find any. I read that Northrend is reachable by players at any level on Fandom, but when trying to access it from Stormwind, on the Kraken, I am teleported to my hearthstone location. Is this a normal behavior for the server or is this a bug?

No. As in retail was, Northrend is restricted to level 60 or higher.
