Transmogging heirlooms

Couldn't use Transmog tokens from the shop on my 2h mace heirloom.
There was error message, when trying to buy from the Transmog NPC on the left. The only choice i had was buying from the Tansmog NPC in the middle, but my 10 lvl char only had very poor choice of some white item looks, based on the white weapons hed already had in his possesion. The price was though not the tokens, but five MPoints and the look didnt hold after mailing to another char.
So im sitting on my stack of the Transmog tokens and suggesting: could you remove those heirloom transmog limitations plox
